Bio-Shield SS™ is quantitative surface sampling culture media plates for direct collection and enumeration of viable organisms per cm2 of surface area. The kit includes viable particulate surface sampling plates. This test procedure compares "before sanitation" environment to "after sanitation" environment to determine effectiveness of sanitation method.
