Bio-Shield SS™ is quantitative surface sampling culture media plates for direct collection and enumeration of viable organisms per cm2 of surface area. The kit includes viable particulate surface sampling plates. This test procedure compares “before sanitation” environment to “after sanitation” environment to determine effectiveness of sanitation method.

– TSA available with or without Lecithin and Polysorbate 80

– 65 mm contact plates

– Plates have grid for direct counts per cm2

– Each pack includes ten plates in resealable packages

– Also Available w/Malt Extract Agar
